  • where providing clients information to third party is required as a part of the process then clients consent is implied, unless client instructs otherwise;

  • wherein it is required for the purpose of establishing or collecting our legal dues;

  • if other law firm is retained by us for client matter;

  • if third party investigator or any other agency is hired for client’s matter

Personal Information is not used or disclosed for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected, except with the consent of the client or as otherwise permitted by law. Zenith Law will retain personal information only for so long as it is needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was obtained and to meet our professional requirements as set out by the Law Society of Ontario and/or any other legal requirement, statutory or otherwise, from time to time.Our website may contain links to other sites, which are not governed by this Privacy Policy. Zenith Law in its sole and absolute discretion may modify or supplement this Privacy Policy at any time. We certainly understand that client will appreciate prompt response from a lawyer at the same time ensure that communication is balanced with required security needs. Our most common form of communication channel is email. We cannot guarantee privacy of email messages sent and received as emails can be subject to interception. If as a client, you do not wish us to communicate with you by email, please speak with the lawyer handling your matter about alternative arrangements.
